On December 6, an open meeting of the trade union organization was held at the Active Longevity Center. The meeting discussed amendments and additions to the collective agreement, reviewed the trade union’s activity report, and elected staff members to the organization’s committee.
During the meeting, outstanding professionals in the social sphere were recognized:
• in the “Best Social Worker” category — Makpal Akbasova;
• in the “Dedication to the Profession in the Social Sector” category — Anar Baisarina;
• in the “Innovative Approach to Work” category — Guldanа Shomenbayeva;
• in the “Best Instructor in Physical Education” category — Hulimat Aubakirova;
• in the “Best Occupational Therapy Instructor” category — Zhibek Zhaikenova.
All awardees were honored with certificates of recognition, bouquets of flowers, and monetary rewards.
In addition, during the open trade union meeting, commendation letters were presented by the “AQNIET” public association to:
• Dinara Lydetayeva, Head of the Administrative and HR Department;
• Dinara Zakir, Head of the Social Service Department for Almaty District,
for their contributions to the development and strengthening of the sectoral trade union movement and maintaining the unity of the trade union team.
