Veterans of the Active Long Life Center Participated in a Charity Event
Veterans of the Active Long Life Center visited the “Like Komek” center in Astana, where they contributed to the charity corner. The veterans had previously collected clothing, bags, and other necessary items and delivered them to the center.
The leadership of the “Like Komek” center expressed their gratitude and appreciation for this kind gesture.
In return, the center donated textile items. These items will be unpacked by the grandmothers of the Active Long Life Center, who plan to knit woolen socks, gloves, and hats. The finished warm clothes will be delivered to hospitals and distributed to those in need.
