Interview with the “Woodworking Masters” Club Participants at the Center for Active Longevity

— What is the most valuable or spiritually rewarding aspect of working with wood for you?

— For us, working with wood is not just a craft, but a creative process that nourishes the soul. Holding, shaping, and creating beautiful pieces from wood brings joy and energy. Working with our hands calms the mind and helps us take a break from daily routines. Each creation carries our personal touch, and seeing the results of our work fills us with pride and inspiration. Moreover, the club gives us a chance to socialize, make new friends, and stay curious about life.

— What advice or motivation would you give to people who want to join the club?

— The most important thing is to be brave and take the first step. No experience is necessary — the key is interest and willingness. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the instructors help at every stage. Woodworking is not just a new hobby, it’s a meaningful activity that brings new experiences and inspires life. So don’t waste time come try it, and you’ll fall in love with this art.

— Thanks for your answers.
