On November 4, a psychological training for pensioners was held in the Yesil district, conducted by the psychologist of the Center for Active Longevity, Kulbadam Kenzhenova.
The training focused on the topics “Types of Temperament,” developing skills of psychological self-awareness, improving communication, and enhancing teamwork.
“Temperament is a natural trait of a person. It lies at the core of emotional perception and behavior. The four well-known types of temperament — choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic, and melancholic — are not unchangeable qualities. On the contrary, by understanding and accepting them, one can build effective communication with others. This helps people better understand themselves and those around them,” noted the Center’s psychologist Kulbadam Bakbergenkyzy.

The training was held under the slogan: “Temperament is a uniqueness. Every uniqueness has its own strength!”
During the session, participants learned about different types of temperament and took psychological tests. Pensioners gained a better understanding of their own character and learned how to build harmonious relationships with others.
At the end of the meeting, participants showed great activity and expressed gratitude for the useful and engaging training.
