As part of the Month of the Elderly, and on the initiative of the College of Management and Business, talented students congratulated the pensioners of the Saryarka district on the Day of Older Persons and presented a festive concert. Representatives of two generations performed together on stage, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. Alongside the student performers, members of the Active Longevity Center also showcased their talents: they performed the traditional dance “Shashu”, played the kuy “Saryzhailau”, and sang both folk and contemporary songs. Adding special color to the evening were the fashion show by the stylish grandmothers’ group “Kerbez Models”, the retro waltz by the dance group “Elegant Dance”, and musical performances by singer Rauza Nabiullina.

Students of the Eurasian Humanities Institute staged the theatrical performance “Red Silk”, while college student and violinist Sailau Alibi impressed the audience with a solo performance. Over the three years since the Center of Active Longevity opened, its members have acquired new skills and creative achievements, which they now proudly present on stage. “Our Center holds a special place in the lives of the elderly. Today, our pensioners express their sincere gratitude, strengthening unity, friendship, and mutual understanding,” — emphasized Aiaru Bakytova, cultural organizer of the Center of Active Longevity.

At the close of the evening, the staff of the Center, together with pensioners and representatives of the Veterans’ Council, expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the college leadership and students. The highlight of the event was a creative “battle” between the veterans and the youth on one stage — a performance that symbolically strengthened the spiritual bond between generations and left a lasting impression on the audience.
