On October 14, 2025, the Head of the Employment and Social Protection Department of Astana, Ilya Skub, officially introduced the new Director of the Active Longevity Center to the staff. During the meeting, which was attended by the Center’s management and department heads, Mr. Skub spoke about the biography and professional background of the new head, Serik Zholaushyuly Karabatyrov, and wished him success in his new role.
In his remarks, Mr. Karabatyrov expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and his intention to work productively and collaboratively with the team. Serik Karabatyrov is a native of Akmola Region and holds a higher education degree in law. He has held various responsible positions, worked in the City Veterans’ Organization from 2021 to 2025, and since August 7, 2025, has served as the Deputy Director of the Active Longevity Center. He has extensive experience working with senior citizens.
