On October 15, the Active Longevity Center of the Saryarka District hosted a creative master class on making wool bead necklaces. The workshop was conducted by art therapy club leader Zhibek Serikovna and brought together 23 participants from different district branches. The atmosphere was warm and friendly — participants helped each other, exchanged ideas, and created unique handmade accessories that reflected their individuality.

The art therapy club, led by Zhibek Serikovna, has long been one of the most popular activities at the center. Here, participants engage in various creative projects — crafting items from recycled materials, sewing traditional skullcaps, vests, scarves, and shawls in a national style, as well as working with felt and macramé using different types of yarn. The club is suitable for both beginners and experienced craft enthusiasts, as everyone can express their creativity and master new techniques.

In addition to the workshops, club members regularly visit museums and exhibitions, drawing inspiration from art and cultural traditions. Such gatherings not only develop creative skills but also foster an atmosphere of unity, joy, and mutual support.
