On November 11, the Center for Active Longevity in the Nura district hosted an informative lecture dedicated to the topic of internet fraud.
The speaker was the Head of the Cyber Police Department, Shakhnazar Eklasuly Zhunisov.
During the meeting, participants learned about the most common types of online fraud, such as phone calls from so-called “bank employees” and other organizations, as well as scams carried out through messengers and social networks.

The representative of the cyber police explained in detail how to identify fraudulent activities, what to pay attention to when receiving suspicious messages, and where to turn in case such incidents are detected.
The event was held in an open dialogue format. Participants were able to ask questions of interest and received practical recommendations on protecting their personal data and finances.
