Today, Anara Baisarina works with dedication as a social worker in the Department of Social Services of the Nura District. She began her work at the center in 2022 and, in a short period of time, has proven herself to be a highly qualified specialist.
Anara Bolatovna always greets retired service recipients with a warm smile and provides comprehensive assistance in choosing the services they need. Her professionalism and personal qualities leave a positive impression on everyone who visits the center.
She is a graduate of KAZGUU University with a degree in Psychology. This education allows her to better understand the inner world of elderly citizens. Anara Baisarina began her career at the Department of Employment and Social Protection, and her total experience in this field amounts to 17 years.
— “I meet every person who comes to the center, provide full information about the institution and its internal rules. I assist with document processing, enter data into the system, and also conduct a short tour to introduce them to the center’s activities,” says social worker Anara Bolatovna.
According to her, on average 10–15 new service recipients are registered at the center every day. Overall, the number of daily visitors exceeds 200 people.
