Members of the Council of Veterans of the North Kazakhstan Region paid a special visit to the Center for Active Longevity in the Saryarka District. The guests became thoroughly acquainted with the center’s activities and took part in classes organized in various areas, including sports, handicrafts, language learning, modern technologies, vocal performance, national musical instruments, dance, and other creative pursuits.
The activity, skill, and zest for life demonstrated by the capital’s retirees left a strong impression on the visitors. They highly praised the center, calling it “a place filled with joy and inspiration.”
As part of the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, commemorative medals were ceremonially presented to members of the Council of Veterans of the North Kazakhstan Region.
This inspiring meeting became a vivid expression of deep respect for the older generation and once again highlighted the importance of friendship, unity, and continuity between generations.
