In the Saryarka district at the Center for Active Longevity, a graduation ceremony for the Aikune gymnastics course took place.

Aikune is a modern Kazakh system of breathing and stretching exercises aimed at improving joint mobility, strengthening muscles, and reducing stress. Regular practice helps normalize breathing, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being.

The classes are already bringing noticeable benefits to many participants. For example, Azhar Karakisekova, who has been attending Aikune since April, notes an improvement in her condition: her blood pressure has stabilized, the neck hump has disappeared, and her posture has become straighter. She expressed gratitude to the trainer for the care and individual approach.

At the graduation event, participants demonstrated the exercises they had been learning over several months. Department head Kenzhebolat Bapishev congratulated the graduates and highlighted their discipline, consistency, and progress.

This year, four groups successfully completed the course: Qyzylqurt, Arghyn, Alban, and Jagalbayly.

Instructor Mariyam Dyussenbayeva presented the graduates with commemorative photos and letters of appreciation, emphasizing their dedication and growth.

We wish all graduates good health and an active, energetic life!
