In the Yesil district, a sports event titled «Sport – eldiń mereıi» was held to celebrate Sports Day.
The thematic program, organized by the fountain on Nurzhol Boulevard, brought together participants from various sports disciplines: «Ongaltu Gymnastics», instructor Khulimat Aubakirova, «Aikune» Kazakh Gymnastics, instructor Gulnar Shinasilova, «Cigun and Nordic Walking», instructor Kama Isenova, as well as the «Zhana Tolqyn» Dance Club, led by Ainur Raimbekova. The participants showcased their energy by performing festive group sports dances.
As part of a three-day healthy lifestyle program, the results of the «Tañğazhayyp Toğyzqumalaq» competition among pensioners from all city districts were announced.
In the men’s category, the winners were: 1st place — Ratkan Alipbaev (Almaty), 2nd place — Nurtaza Sakuov (Yesil), 3rd place — Sarsenbai Kairzhanov (Baikonur). In the women’s category: 1st place — Gauhar Zhanabayeva (Yesil), 2nd place — Zhamalkhan Togusova (Nura), 3rd place — Naila Orazbayeva (Baikonur). Financial support for the winners was provided by benefactor Alibek Sabitov, a student of Saule Karzhaskyzy.
All winners received letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts. Sincere thanks go to the sponsor and to all players from different districts who took part.
