On August 5, a literary and educational evening titled «Shyn hakim, sözıñ asyl — baǵa zhetpes» was held at Qalamgerler alleiasy, dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet and philosopher Abai Qunanbaiuly.
The event was organized by the Centralized Library System under the Akimat of Astana. The evening featured heartfelt recitations of Abai’s poetry and qara sözderi, spreading his timeless wisdom and deep philosophical thoughts.
The Baiqongyr audany Boiynsha Belsendi uzaq ömir süru ortalyghy participants took an active part, performing Abai’s works from memory and enhancing the spiritual atmosphere of the evening. The audience once again affirmed that Abai’s legacy is eternal and invaluable for generations to come. At the end of the evening, attendees expressed their gratitude to the organizers for such a meaningful and inspiring event.
