An informative lecture titled “Hepatitis Prevention and Active Longevity” was held at the Center for Active Longevity in the Saryarka district, with the participation of doctors from City Polyclinic No. 3.
The purpose of the lecture was to increase attendees’ awareness of infectious diseases — particularly the various types of viral hepatitis and methods of prevention — and to encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
During the lecture:
• The types of hepatitis (A, B, C) and their transmission routes were explained;
• Advice was given on vaccination, personal hygiene, and proper nutrition;
• The correct use of medications was discussed, as well as the dangers of self-medicating without a doctor’s guidance;
• Participants asked questions of interest and received comprehensive answers from the doctors.
